ok so i did 2 seconds of testing, there IS a 4th flag but only if theres more then just you in the game. So if you're soloing then its 3 but 2 or 3 people in one game and the extra flag spawns in the back factory@@frontierpig8276

other than the armed heli air units need to be deployed from an airport which you can usually capture in hard or extreme maps. however its also possible to deploy them with an aircraft carrier but that's really expensive. If you don't want to deal with all that I recommend getting the seaplane which will allow you to then get the armed heli. the armed heli can easily be placed on the ground at the start of any game.

I use to grind with just medium gunners in polar region normal/rigged mode. Normal mode polar region has like zero effort to it cuz the enemy will likely come to attack ur base with full force Pray for guest skin. 370k more to go.
