Hi , any idea on 4900 epson after damper change why my white doing crazy things? before that works fine , my white after cleanings the nozzle will be worst , after inkcharge is coming back 90% but after a print again disappear , capping station changed head flushed , reverse flushed but still nothing ..

4900 and p5000 are one of the worse printers for dtf, when brand new or converted they can last around 3 months working normal then it will be a nightmare, I recommend 4880/7880 or real dtf printer either commercial xp600/i3200 those are the real good ones

Brother did you use a specific screw to fix and make stable the electric front panel? Or just any screw from the ones you took off

Hi maybe you can help me, so from a day to another my printer stop to print 1 white channel, first time a do a power cleaning , but nothing , so i take off the cover and i see in 1 line i dont have ink , i mean from half line , so i take out the damper and i try to pull the ink with no luck, after i take out the capping station I thought it was blocked i push cleaning solution in all tubes everything works, i put back , after again ink charge but nothing from that line ink didn't come from half line, so i take out all damper unit the ink line everything i cleaned the inkline the dampers and i put back i pull ink to all dampers but for that 1 damper with white ink i cant pull the ink, so the ink not coming from half of the line , i checked my cartridge maybe i have some issue with that , but no the cartridges are okay, so what can i do? damper replacement will solve this issue or no? ( sorry for my bad english)

best to purchase transfers, time spent fixing printers is best spent selling and making shirts if you wish to struggle better 3880 is good to start as long as it has a good nozzle test

Converted a 3880 and it won't read the empty cartridge and one slot is blank like I don't have one I've been pulling them out all day should I just replace the ink cartridge holder
