Thanks for the video. I have adopted an English Angora. She came with fur that has never been sheared. She had so many knots and fur that all I could do is try to cut as much off as possible and shear the best I can. She is a pet, very sweet and I tried to find a vet or groomer that could help me with her shearing because she is so matted that I'm so intimated with how to safely go about it. Your video has given me confidence to try to help her again. Finding someone to help me has been impossible.

How do you do the unders and feet? I have no help and that’s a real struggle.

You can try to wrap them in a towel like a burrito and expose small areas at a time that you are working on. Or cradle them like a baby but tuck their head in your underarm so their eyes are covered.
