প্রায় সবগুলো টেকনিকই অন্য কোথাও থেকে জেনে, বুঝে এপ্লাই করার চেষ্টা করেছি এবং বারংবার ব্যর্থ হয়েছি। আসলে দোষটা টেকনিকের নয়, মাইন্ডসেটের। মোটিভেশানের চেয়েও বেশি জরুরি ড্রাইভ। সেটা আনতে হয় নিজের মধ্যে থেকে। সম্ভবত সেই ডিফিকাল্ট ট্র‍্যানজিশনাল পিরিয়ডের মধ্যেই আছি।

First of all.....thank you apu. You never fail to amaze me with your thoughts and words. I was having a tough time building my regular reading habit bcz of my upcoming exams. I procrastinate a lot bcz of insecurity and tension. I don't know why i can't push myself forward but today's content, It's like a life saver for me. I was making a big schedule but ultimately it didn’t work bcz my brain wasn’t habituated. But now I'll divide my works into tiny sessions so that i can adapt. Thank you so much. You literally saved me. And you won't believe, you voice soothes me. It calmed me down. Or You're like a dopamine to me. I just knew when I'll hear you,,,I'll feel relieved 😅(রিলিফ যদি কখনো পেতে ব্যার্থও হই তাও তোমাকে শুনতে ভালো লাগে) . I'm not exaggerating. Anyways, keep going. Take love and stay safe.
