I have been in Judo from 9-13 I'm 29 now. And all these crazy years I have been thru so much. Drugs, alcohol, partying... but Judo always stayed in my mind and finaly I've cleaned myself from all the bad habits and back to Judo for 4 months now. Good luck to those who joined. 👍

When it comes from the back, the left tail goes OVER the one from the right (just like the gi, left over right) and then underneath both layers, if you use the reinforced knot then that's the first to go between the two layers.
