I used the first method to get my essence but the things i traded where shikai rrs i got from ranked 1v1s i can gt like 50 in 3 hours and 20 = 1 thog

As for method one before the Kan amount nerfs what I did was do a bunch of 1v1’s to get Kan and Legendary accessories and then feed them to that one npc and it was actually really good. I was able to get a Partial Essence and Unseen blade essence from her while also getting a Horizon essence while doing 1v1’s. It’s a shame they lowered the amount of Kan per win bc every like 10-15 wins id hop into KT and donate my stuff just bc I had no other use for it.
