Just hearing take accountability and not to be too hard on yourself at the same time is the biggest tip, I’ve been very hard on myself and it’s so counter productive. Mentality is huge, love the channel.

You're probably the first person I've heard say "Eat right, and start your day right." when talking about mechanical skill. Thank you for shedding light on this. - My own personal experience: I used to have cereal for breakfast, Mcdonalds for lunch and something somewhat healthy for dinner. Then I would eat junk food for the night. As soon as I started eating correctly, working out in the morning, making an (organic) protein shake for post-workout, and getting all the daily nutrients I needed. I started performing so much better in aiming, playing the piano, my hand-writing got better and I just had a better mentality. Once in awhile, I'll get something to treat myself, but junk food isn't part of my daily routine anymore. Guys, I can't stress enough, eat healthily!

Setting aside the video editing quality, the content of this video was top notch. In the past whenever I've seen a "how to get better in FPS" video it's always like yeah, you have to practice, but no one talks about how having an awful sleeping schedule or not eating healthy impacts your gameplay in such a bad way. Also, mentioning the fact that aim training doesn't mean just go and do a routine, but understanding what you're lacking and what you can improve on and then create a routine for your own needs, is also very important. I really do not understand why this video doesn't have more views.

If got 4 k hours in csgo if got 1 k hours in valorant and aimlabs if hit crazy high scores and stil in valorant i noticed when aim and shoot it still misses even do the crosshair is corectly on them and it ruined my game experience. Then i see some silver -gold bots looking at the ground always running hitting every shot on the most stupid ways. And it drives me crazy.

Running and gunning is not that punishable in valorant man , even tenZ said that on stream that straight run spraying with a phantom is highly accurate in close-med fights , they gotta increase moving inaccuracy ffs 200%

@Prosper hey man I just found your channel, and I already love your channel, it’s got great information that I’ve found to be spot on! Could you do a video on the negative effects of sugar and carbohydrates, and how they negatively affect the neurotransmitters in your brain? I’ve found that after I cut sugar out of my diet, my skill went up dramatically in fps games. I would love to see if you find any extra information, especially ways to cut it down as effectively as possible! Thanks again man 😁

Hello Prosper! I'm most likely a week late to comment, but I felt like I needed to share my experience with trying to improve in-game. I take gaming serious and always seek to improve, but when you talked about that I should not blame myself, but rather think about what I could have done different even though the outcome would've stayed the same. This caught my eye. I always try to think of better ways of how I could've done things after death in Valorant, but I have this problem with blaming myself a little too much which results in a negative affect towards myself and performance. Is there a suggestion you might have to combat this? Maybe you can go over this in your next tip in how to improve at every FPS game. :)
