I like the bloodletter. I have used it with my jacket of tenacity. You can do a lot of damage with it. And that execute is nasty because first enemy to hit - 40% hp is dead.

Bloodletter has alwayd been a staple weapon. The most anxiety driven thing is a 1v1 with another bloodletter since its just a matter of who drops low enough first. That feeling of relief though if they fuck up their lunge is euphoric

Nice videos as always. Personally, I think you should add some disadvantages section in every specific weapon in your video. Indeed, Bloodletter is good, but it also has some downsides, cover those will make players wiser when picking weapon.

@@LeyviAniki Well, I've been using Bloodletter for a while, and I think the major problem with the Bloodletter is its gear and-spec-demanding. If you wear a cheap build, with low Ip, when fighting in a group, open world pvp contents, you are pretty much harmless, because the dmg from the W and the Q isnt enough to low your opponent HP to lower 40% and even if your teammates manage to do it, you might not execute them in one E. In some cases, the battle gets too long, you could lack MP and most of the time thats over, and everything gets worse when you are facing a proper build team, they can easily heal up and counter your E. The common solutions for this problem is to wear high tier gears, and this comes down to cost efficiency, some of the recommended armor pieces in your vid are expensive already, using all of them at one, at high tier means more silver-spendings, and not all players could afford a gucci set and thats even impossible for new players. Unless you have very high spec in every gear pieces, which is obviously a thing cannot be found in a new players, paying a considerable amount of silver to using Bloodletter is inevitable. Overall, Bloodletter is an good pick, usable for every players, but quite expensive and only veteran and expierienced players can bring it to full potentiall. Thats all of my thoughts on the Bloodletter

@@mahvel2381 Assume that u are talking about dungeon farming, then your choice should be the spinning axe ( i dont remember its name) or 1 handed dagger, there are also some builds that use some kind of Xbow, but I havent checked it, so cant say anything. Keep in mind that weapons used for dungeon farming are different from pvp weapom, the goal is to get max spec for the dungeom clear weapon then use fame credit for pvp one, it the fastest way. You can also do dungeon with pvp weapon, but its not effective

Scythe's a cool looking weapon and a pretty strong one too but hard to pull off in general since it's slow. It's why Bear Paws, Halberd and Realmbreaker are played instead. Scythe is fine for PvE but not so much for PvP.

What am I even to do when I don't have chain slash unlocked..... As a beginner player I struggled less using the 1h dagger than currently trying to use the bloodletter. Like everyone tells me to use blood letter and do corrupted dungeons for fame but I'm legit down 1 damage ability using the bloodletter.

Throwing Blades is a really good skill dude which will take you to 70 mastery easily. It does AOE damage, you get a damage buff and even mobility.

I think the reason that bloodletter isn't nerfed is that if you can outdps it before you reach 30% hp, you win, since bl relies on its E to execute enemies below 40% hp, which technically makes it unusable since it would be a waste of a skill, so the bl's only skills during a fight would be its Q and W. From my encounters a using bl, i would have trouble beating 1h dagger, black hands (haven't won against this yet) and cursed staff.

If you want to play one shot Bloodletter go Mage Cowl, Cleric Robe, Soldier Boots, Muisak, Thetford Cape. If you want to play a more bruiser play style it depends on the type of content you want to do. If it's open world roaming you can go with something like Guardian Helmet, Hellion Jacket, Demon Boots, Facebreaker and Thetford cape. Can do Specter Hood as well for even more sustain. Soldier Boots if you want chase potential and less escape potential.

All categories have their use. Daggers are just high burst melee weapons. If you're looking for a strong tree, the daggers are one. But so are many other trees.

If you want to do high level HCE's there's only a handful of builds that are considered viable. I don't think any of the daggers are - but then again I don't do HCE and my knowledge is limited. For Group Dungeons and Avalonian Raids I think you simply want to have the Specter Jacket. It actually procs the Scholar Cowl so that way you got energy covered too in an easy way. The build at 13:24 should be fine for it I think but I would replace the Thetford Cape for a Demon cape when you go Ava Raids since you don't want Thetford there.

@@zoomplay5832 You could go Taproot or Facebreaker off hand to become more tanky. Bow's are very strong in 1 vs 1 and the most ideal thing against them is a Fiend Cowl or Cultist Cowl. You also want to keep them at a distance despite their Frost Shot. It's why many players in Corrupted Dungeons run very specific builds with the Bloodletter that make these things possible, such as Knight Armor along with Cultist Cowl. It just enables you to lead the course of any fight to your liking.

Spears are very versatile weapons indeed, but individually they tend to be good in specific content only whereas the Bloodletter is viable in a ton of content. Spears are definitely a lot of fun

That's the Chain Slash ability. Which is the W you unlock at level 85. When you hit your E ability on a target with less than 40% health, all your cooldowns get reduced by 10 seconds. Since the Chain Slash already has a low cooldown you can almost use it twice back to back. All explained in the video btw, might've missed it ;D

It's just mindblowing how the Bloodletter hasn't been nerfed to death or simply removed from the game The bloodletter makes every other single weapon on the game on every game content useless except for healers Just remove this weapon from the game or nerf it removing the AoE damage, in order to make the other weapon trees viable and allow variety on the game If you don't agree with the Bloodletter nerf or removal, daggers would still be the most OP PvP weapon tree in the game even without bloodletter

It's probably the Hellion Jacket, a very strong healing ability for bruisers. I think the Caerleon Cape can be good in specific scenarios and perhaps specific builds, but for general play the Thetford Cape is a much better pick

You can kill bosses in Corrupted Dungeons with a tree branch, it's all about learning their skills and not getting hit. So yes ^^ That being said I'd go with a different Bloodletter build to CD.

@@Derizo Yea that's my issue. I cant seem to do enough damage with Q and W to drop people to 40%. Q and W seem too weak. I thought once i hit level 85 ill be able to with that new skill. But nope.. usually i get killed before my enemy reaches execute threshold.. :/ it's a fun weapon i wish it would work for me but it doesnt. Maybe maxing out 100/100 and specialist 100/100 would help but that's wayyy too much grind to reach specialist 100.

@@Derizo Well it was simple duels. I couldnt rly do anything else tbh. It's just.. my damage is too low. And of course wearing very expensive items with bloodletter i wasnt willing to. Ofcz maybe thetford cape + spectre jacket + poison potions etc etc would help but i wasnt willing to wear such items. I think i just wore mage cowl / assassins jacket for stealth and guardian boots. Tried even hellion boots for even more damage boost but didnt really make a difference. Just.. Q and W felt underwhelming.

Sure build is good but swap offhand based on the content you do. I'd advice Facebreaker or Muisak in general

The Hunter Shoes give you a very quick mobility boost which can help you get in range to execute targets. Although you don't benefit from the CC effect, the speed is all you need sometimes.

Imagine having unlocked chain slash Edit - It's already been two months now and I have already unlocked chain slash with daggers at 100 lvl and bloodletter at 60+ and I have two more weapon trees above lvl 70! So yeah... ^^

It's Quite easy took me like 5 days and Very little sleep and I started from lvl 30 and So You just need Time Friends and Money I also spent 1 mil on Gear for FF

@@luv4097 Awwww Dw If you don't have chainslash you can use Throwing Blades for the money part Start gathering or Crafting Items and if you need friends you can join our guild and for the time Part Even I play like 3hrs a day now And I had Holidays so i was able to grind those 5 days

Any build will work with any IP. It depends on the content you do and the IP of your enemies how effective a build will be however.

I think he is hard flagged, so he has PvP on for the yellow and red zones as well. That changes your color in the black zone too

Awesome for 1vs1, 2vs2 and 5vs5 instanced content for sure. Hellgates, Crystal League, Arena, Corrupted Dungeon. Big skill gap, but a lot of fun.

It's a powerful tool for starters for sure, but there definitely is a skill gap to it if you ask me personally. When I rewatch my Bloodletter fights I see so many mistakes.
