Regarding RP Luffy list (I am 3billion bounty playing only this deck). Personally, I run the 4 whitebeard and 4 queen. I know in the later version of Japan meta people replaced whitebeard with shanks since the effects is similar plus you get the rush, even though shanks doesn't leave you the don open. Regarding Franky blocker, the idea is that you can play franky + 2 Sanji blockers with 10 dons which is kinda broken. But yes, for more traditional deck list you can check in the top decks from last months where typically you have whitebeard and queen

I also play RP luffy with lots of Rush (and whitout whitebeard), and I'm doing pretty well. I'm using 3 luffys, 2 shanks, 1 Roger (I may cut him for other shanks), 3 dragons (really love this, it serves so well to clean the board or to be aggresive). I think it is a good version to face many decks, and you dont need whitebeard to survive. On the other hand. I tried frankies but I came back to queen, because I never could pull the combo, or I found too expensive to use franky if I needed a blocker and gg giant. Did it work for you?

The thing about Belo Betty is if you want a cheaper version, then Dragon is not even required. There were a few decks in Japan that did well in tournaments without Dragon during OP-09

the bonney deck passes. its a more late game oriented build that aims to finish by with hody shanks and zoro. doffy freezes the board

The Bonney list does not suck completly but is still kinda bad. Deck ratios are kinda hard rough atm. Bonney is right now about slamming the right character into the situation and protecting them with jump blockers. For that is urouge to slow imo. 5c Bonney is very underrated as a character slamming her into the 8 and 10 don turn of shanks will carry you this matchup easily. Not a great fan of Izo sure you can play her out in the right situation, but with the uta deck comes an extra luffy supernova 2k that is searchable with 1c bonney. Deck rightnow lacks a bit in 2k, because you need in this meta state so many cards and can be coinflip in mulligan. Personally the top deck of this meta arent that rough for me in wr tends more like to be more around 50%+ I am not a sim player but i think many great bonney player swapped to play shanks or other decks (new card syndrom) so the player base is not that good while still finding the best decklist.

I think win rate is just how often it wins against decks, regardless of meta or not, but rating might be how it fares against other highly rated decks. Belo betty might pub stomp hence the high rate %, but may not do so well against top decks like doffy or lucci, hence the lower rating.

For the a1 shiest by luffy whats your reasoning for adding 2 ice age instead of nami blockers or 4 searcher event instead?

Against bb nami does nothing but become a blocker. Ice age for all 9c because I’ve been bricking with 3 kingdom comes and out of life with the trigger ice is a blanket pop for 3 cost. Only 2 searcher events because late game once your trash is set up those searchers are more tram likely dead unless you don’t have a gecko. You also already have 4 searchers with the garp. If you search to much with this deck you will bottom deck all of your 2ks and geckos.
