I can testify Bro Rom at an old gym I used to train @ 20+ years ago. Pretty face but 50lbs overweight had female friends but no men would ever look her way and she seemed somewhat lonely. I was still single and just spoke to her whenever I saw her in the gym and did not really think much of it. Fast forward 2 years later she had dropped all that weight and guys were falling over themselves, most did not know who she was. She asked if I would come to her house for dinner and brother we never ate lol until she made breakfast that next morning.

When I was heavier and fat, I wasn't too picky about the caliber of women I slept with. Fast forward, I lost 80 pounds since 2021 and I've never felt better about myself. So, when I see women who look like they don't work out, I immediately avert my gaze I want nothing to do w/ them. The more you invest into yourself the higher your standards get, otherwise you wouldn't be doing it. I can see why some women would be turned off by a man who isn't in the gym when they themselves do it, b/c that's a huge thing you can't just overlook. It's your health and ability to f*ck w/o restrictions and being able to turn each other on sexually in a sober state.

Tight bodied women want tight bodies men. The female gaze has been freed like you said Rom so i dont know why guys dont get this. More than half of America is overweight and obese so by being in shape you already stand out as a man.

Some advice: I'm relatively a smaller dude in the gym, but the women are always looking ( it's usually in the reflections, especially if your gym has some kind of double mirror setup where they can be super sneaky). It's not so much about the amount of weight at all. It's about how hard you're pushing yourself, how much intensity you're generating. It's a ferocity and primal thing that they find irresistible. You can't fake it. Women will read the phony ones instinctively. Peace and love everyone.

When you train with intensity you have no choice but to grunt. That grunting also turns women on (reminds them of sex). Plus training legs increase testosterone levels and we all know the ladies love training legs in the gym. I've heard from women that they be horny while at the gym.

RE: intensity in the gym, I've always felt that working out with an intense (but non-showy) focus is a simulacrum for what a man can do in the bedroom-the sweat, the panting after a set, etc. Hard to believe women in the gym don't notice and think the same.

But I’ve always been really attractive so I guess I couldn’t be fit and cold looking😂. Women want to be the best looking of the pair, but I rock with my tribe that do mess with me
