I have bl3 on pc and on ps4 both with season pass 1 and 2 but having wonderlands with season pass is just sad. At least season pass 2 provides fun guns, skill trees and fun fights. They nerf hell load of things lately on Wonderlands and I wont start speaking of my builds... But I honestly at least expected to see spicy guns or gear and this dlc is worse then 1st dlc we got imo i didnt expected to see diffrent dlc pattern on 3rd dlc either since they proved they wont change anything it yet again will be 4 weeks of fights... Unlike wonderlands where u need to go through many chaos levels and gear u can use same in chaos 1 or 35 ( i know u can go for volatile and ect but u can also continue with normal gear too). Gets boring in a way

I got the season pass and was so hyped to play a new borderlands dlc finally but I played about 45 seconds of it and ejected the game and haven’t played since. There is no way they played it and said “oh man the fans are going to love this, it’ll have so much content and replay value to keep them busy for hours”

I personally just got off Wonderlands and am playing BL2 and BL3. Never got Krieg or Gaige to OP10 in BL2 and I played almost every VH in BL3 but Zane. Found myself having fun again with these things.

Garlic breath might be pretty smooth with something like the brr-zerker/pandamecium/crying apple/salmon. Boltlash looks like it might work with the polymorph skill and a full-auto weapon if you keep firing at the skeep while channeling the cast to launch a bunch more out. A repeating crossbow attached to the wrist would be a really cool in the spell slot for something like this but the wand is fun too

Edit. The Grease Trap is great on Zane with Clone. Use Grease while clone uses fire and Re-volter have an Artifact with Extra ammo to increase Mag

I actually got a primordial Oil and Spice and I struggle to kill anything, even a gingerdead with it. Probably the worst gun tn any DLC so far. Fire damage is so underwhelming in WL anyway, so making a weapon that underlines that flaw is really silly....

Let's be honest, these aren't DLC's. A DLC is more than the equivalent of a short single encounter run. DLC has an actual storyline of its own and requires you to go through significant story missions, while offering side quests. That is the definition of DLC according to every single Borderlands game in the series. My bet is that they're rushing the release because they're hemorrhaging players and can't figure out how to stop it. The sad thing is, if they stopped nerfing as much as they have (some were valid, most not needed) and focused on having a well written story for the DLC they'd be killing it. Instead, they're "balancing " everything, which is the worst thing they can do. The best part about Borderlands from the first game on was getting to be an overpowered god, so why are they taking that away? It's not competitive like CoD so there's no need to balance unless something is honestly unintended and are the result of a glitch. Not to mention that their nerfs are huge compared to the buffs. Dropping popular stuff 25-35% and buffing other stuff 1-3% is not balanced. If they want us to play the game a specific way then just remove the skill trees and be honest about it.

The ricochet amulet, would work well with skullduger weapons, the "bandit" ones that have no clip or reload, just fires all bullets (barring the cooldown mechanic). I believe there are plenty of those weapons with crossbow attachments

So far as I've seen, free reload mechanics have no effect on Skullduger weapons. Universal Soldier Amulet and War Caster (I think that's the skill) haven't reset the heat for me.

Just started playing and so glad something like salt n battery exists. I've had a oc name Raiz Amul and he typically a alchemist who fights with a set of daggers n a chiefs knife while welding a giant golden fist that was inspired by hellboys arm but most people refer to it as a infinity gauntlet. Rais typically uses the guanlet like a bunsen burner for his alchemy but can use it as a arm cannon, while mixing it up with up to 6 daggers that he can throw and fight with in his other hand. But obviously giant bonking weapon and the ability to throw daggers actually fits so well into his playstyle and isn't seen much of anywhere.

Barboload is great even though bugged. Those ricochets can do crazy amount of dmg. I'm convinced tbey are double dipping some multipliers at least.

Barboload is good for bossing with stickies from torgue to stack a ton of stuff With the ammo chance as each sticky pellet has a chance, the garlic breath with the one class mod that does poison explosions is good on claw and stabbo but you will kill yourself being too close to enemies, if that classmod didn't kill you it'd be super strong, salt and battery is good to one shot the shark boss as it's tornado will reach the shark chums in his second phase

The Garlic Breath spell is amazing on a stabbo melee/DoT build, you knock enemies down so they can't hit you and you apply status affects first so your first swing hits real hard. Using the new Live Wire with this is also stupid strong. Trying to get the Graveborn/Stabbo armor with the right stats is nearly impossible, have been farming both the Bunnies and the Wheel for ages and can't get it. Gearbox PLEASE MAKE THE WHEEL DROP CHANCE BETTER!! Feels real bad when you spend over an hour spinning and get mostly Blue/Purple drops. And maybe 1 or 2 Legendaries that are ok at best.

That combination might work the only problem is the cool down I think, either get a melee that reduces action skill cool down or reduce cleansing flame cool down to 15 seconds. What do you think?

The boltlash will go off on the bouncing arrows as well, meaning if an enemy gets hit by the extra arrows has 3, they will then explode and shoot more arrows out. My x2 would have enemies be nothing more than arrows for their models from how many times it went off.

There is an amulet in the game that boosts fight for your life damage and a ring that does it. Coupled with several abilities to further increase FFYL damage and brrrzerker who increases it's duration based on your damage dealt. It's a fine ring. Just not against certain bosses.

the problem i have with borderlands is that most of the weapons in the game are too gimmicky to actually be affective at killing enemies, and the actual good ones are either small in number or "Reworked/Fixed" by gearbox. Take the Dahlia Assault Rifles that were good early game (which i understand that they needed to be balanced), but now i think they just think that they are not good enough for end game. I understand that Gearbox is trying there hardest to get to these issues but if they keep adding these gimmicky weapons than the least they could do is buff back up some of the nerfed weapons that they previously did so they can be more viable end game, like with the Dahlia Assault Rifles i previously mentioned.

Don't the only thing I like is the armor all that status effect is really good for berserk and Spore Warden you get a 39% status effect damage and then on top of that on your kill skill you get a 65% of status chance for 6 seconds. The only weapon I like is the melee but honestly to prompt those critz on a boss that's above the ground it's too complicated it's too much of a risk specially with the boss in the dry gallery walking on that purple slime you're just losing all your health because how long it takes to print even when you pop your Shadows ability yes on paper it doesn't take that long but it takes at least 5 seconds and standing in that purple sludge 45 seconds you lose half of your health bar! I wish this game had a system very similar to division 2 where you can save build loadouts which includes your skills that way I could have a build with the melee build for the battery for regular mob of enemies and then my second load all can be with the bow from Spore because I have a pretty good build for that where I can pretty much onetap bosses just by using my super and I'm using rings that decrease my ability cool down so I get my super back much more quicker

The best thing about the borderla ds games has been the capabalitly to restart a campaign and having dlc that are their own big campaign in itself. Like bl2, we had torques campaign of carnage, assault on dragon keep, hamerlocks big game hunt, and pirates booty. Hell it seems like their headhunter packs had more content than these dlcs

I farmed the sand witch all week and only gotten the melee weapon the jam ring and a bunch of oil and spice And it sucks you can't farm the sand witch like you can chum #wheel of fate sucks

I disagree with this DLC being an improvement It's pretty much on the same level if not worse and I suspect the remaining two DLC are going to be in the exact same boat

I hate the term, but I have to feel we follow Gearbox and call it PLC. DLC tends to infer better quality than what we've been getting. So PLC seems more appropriate.
