You’re my yard sale idol! I LOVE yard sales! I get my best deals at them. I map them out and leave my house at 6:30 on Saturday’s. All winter long I put every 1.00 and 5.00 bill I get into my “yard sale” jar. Come YS season, I’ve got hundreds of dollars, small bills, ready to spend. Great items . I hit a honey hole 2 weeks ago. Had a local person that sells on Fb reach out to me. She was overwhelmed with inventory. Anything and everything was $1. Found tons of jeans, several leather jackets and a ton of bread and butter tops and swimwear. But my BIG score was a Free People embroidered crop jacket….. for $1. I was so excited. Had to call a couple friends to share my find. She also contacted me last week to let me know she had more stuff for me to look thru. Those connections are amazing.

What a great day of sales. Davis County had a similar sale with multiple homes and even a food truck. Nice and easy to shop. I love the way you pre plan for maximum productivty. I still use your garage sale manual you put together! Thanks for all the shares and motivation!! Great Content!

That was an amazing yard sale day. I live in a very rural area and yard sales are such a gamble. You could spend all this time driving and then it is mostly junk or you could find a bunch of good stuff. So I only do it when I want an adventure.
