I didn't have a Alina ship in the 1st season, she had some chemistry with both the dark lord and the firebird, but 2nd season oh man, I ship Nikolai and Alina so hard. It's an interesting dynamic with her being grisha AND shu, and him becoming the heir being a suspected bastard... can wait to see how their power relationship develops and I honestly hope the end up together for real
