Good. But one request is the interviewer often says seri.. ok.. which should not be done in this kind of interviews as the public is viewing. When the brother says important things and the public who watch keenly get distracted by that seri and ok inbetween often. We can understand that the interviewer is listening carefully but when it is viewed public he should acknowledge it by nodding his head instead and not by speaking inbetween. But he can ask the doubts after the brother completes the sentence.
