Back in the late 90's, an order I got from BBTS was thrown about 20 feet to the my front door by the UPS driver. The box was bent and so was the toy package inside. BBTS actually gave me a credit on the next purchase. A little presumptuous yes, but I did buy from them again.

Do they only do the branding on there large boxes ,I ask because Ive only ever ordered things from BBTS one at a time , i do think it had BBTS tape on it though.

Not 100% sure about FedEx, but most courier services have a GPS in the handheld scanners that the driver’s use. So if something like this were to unfortunately happen again, in your complaint you could demand to know the location of where the “successful delivery” scan actually took place. I had to do that once, as the text notification I got said it was delivered after supper while I was home. I live out on a quiet country road, one of us in the house would have noticed the headlights of a vehicle pulling into our long driveway. It turned out the driver called it quits for the day due to darkness and scanned the parcels delivered at the depo, instead of putting it on hold to try again tomorrow. The customer service rep was able to look up the tracking number and let me know where the scan took place after I explained I knew they could look it up because it was not left at my front door

My part of the world since covid courier drivers sign for parcels themselves, just leave parcels no matter how expensive. I get a faint knock on the door and go and check and they have left an expensive out in plain sight. I've had Amazon drivers run down drop the parcel without knocking and then run off. I had one driver say can I just leave parcels. I said no and when he asked why I pointed out our front door is visible from the road if they leave a parcel worth a couple of hundred dollars it is vulnerable to being stolen when my wife and I are out at work and the burden would be on me to prove that I didn't receive the parcel.

OMG! I'm in NYC and FedEx is the worst. My local driver scans all his packages "delivered" at 7 am and then slowly drops everything off over the next 5 hours. FedEx is also not helpful with lost packages. People crap on USPS, but I've never had any issues with them. My local PO was able to locate 5 of 7 "lost" packages over the few years. The other 2 were legit stolen by one of those last mile services.

Not sure how that works. I heard straight from the mouth of a Fedex HR rep that Fedex drivers are not actually Fedex employees but private contractors. Sounds like they're classified that way to avoid some sort of legal or tax thing.

They aren’t a scam. They’re one of the most reliable and trustworthy online toy retailers out there. Stuff gets delayed all the time, and you don’t pay for preorders at BBTS until they ship.

It could be that the FedEx carrier delivered it to another house on a different block or neighborhood and the recipient opened it up to see what’s inside then dropped it off at your house. Maybe? Do you have a ring doorbell camera or some other camera to see who dropped it off? That happened to me with UPS. FedEx sucks man. I sold two statues a few months that were shipped separately using FedEx. Two different sales. Even though they were very well packaged and protected the buyers received them broken with the shipping boxes damaged. I had to refund the buyers and got my money back through FedEx claim but they suck handling packages.

Have your fed ex packages delivered to you local Walgreens pickup site then just pick them up their when u get a text notification that it’s ready for pick up. Idk why people don’t do this. I also have all my ups packages redirected to my local ups store and if it comes usps I told the post office to hold all my packages and the mail mail just drops a slip in my box. People you have options if you don’t want to use them and get ur package stolen Owell don’t really have any sympathy

That wasn’t an option on this package unfortunately. That’s what I usually do.
