My favorite villain is Angelus, he is full of darkness he doesn't do things just for fun or revenge or curiosity, he is not just a demon who kills for survival. Angelus kills just for ¨The Art¨ he is a Psychopath he torture his victims physically and psychologically.

This video is amazing! My favorite Big Bad will always be Angelus, but the others were great, even Adam who I know a lot of people didn't care for. I really wish they had used Caleb more in the series though. He was truly frightening, and helped to make the First Evil a real threat.

Glory was the best villain ever followed by the Mayor. :) The First was good too, but something was off about it. Really Glory was just my favourite, I remember I was so tense about her. I was frustrated until the end, because it seemed like there was absolutely no hope to end her. Buffy even went to the extent to ran away, which she never ever did, before that. And let's not forget about her strength, her skills matched Buffy's.

I liked dark willow she was very fun and my fav part of s6 the master was ok i don't really care about him that much and adam............ the mayor was also fun but i don't really care about him that much either

He was actually my favorite villain. Him and Dark Willow were special because they meant something to Buffy. I think that’s also why people liked Faith as a villain. Their connection to Buffy made them more dangerous, more painful, and made them mess with the group more. No one can top Angelus though

Villan wise : (7). Adam. He wasn't as powerful as the other villans. He didnt even really do much. He just hid until the last episode i think i remember. (6). The Master; personally I think he looked bad ass. Iconic, but he didnt do much. I wish there was there was more to him and I get that season 1 was a starter to grab attention but I wanted to know more about him. Not randomly back to him. (5). Angel , Spike, & Dru ; neutral feelings. Atleast they plotted more things and came out more often. Evil angel had me fucked up, my emotions were messed with. Buffy didnt deserve it lol. (4). They Mayor & Faith; FAITH IS AMAZING. Love her, needed more background info on her. The Mayor was pretty cruel. Sneaky. I liked him , he was funny. (3). The First; he messed with people's heads. That time he turned into every villan was dope! (2). Dark Willow; her character development was great. Who'd thought she would turn that bad. Damn. (1). G L O R Y ; BAD BITCH. Goddess, she seemed impossible to kill. Such a diva, minions and all. Unpredictable. The who Glory & Ben thing was crazy.

Interesting idea; or it can be said that that particular wicked spirit is stealing her identity in a very accurate way... by taking on her actual face and complete appearance. This TV series has in the character of the First Evil about the most perfect rendition of the Devil I've ever seen in any TV series- and that monster has been a popular villain in many different series's; an earlier rendition of that psychopathic spirit (willingly so- it re-designed itself to be such a disordered entity) was the character of Count Iblis in the 1980s (early) rendition of Battlestar Galactica. The rendition of that preternatural monster as "The First" is a far more accuarate rendition of such a character- just look at the personality the series author has given that noncorporial monster: very accurately described as "Satanic", and who's going to fit that bill better than the Devil itself? Besides: the gifts and abilities/disabilities and other personality traits fit to an almost perfect "T" that monster. What do you think? Sincerely: Chissstardestoyer.

Glory was my favorite. Her power was so off the charts (and personal via Dawn), it shook Buffy to the core. Her storyline was *so* well build up too. I still remember the first time I watched the "She's a god" scene. That kind of impact never came with the other Big Bads.

I love the big bads of Buffy! Joss created some of the best villains in this show! Other shows or any form of animation needs to take not. He ranged them from dark to mentally psychotic and fun villains. He's an amazing guy and so was the team that worked with him on the show. All props to everyone!

This editing is soo GREAT! To the "little bads": Caleb was an underrated character. I wished they had given more time to him. And I always disliked "The Trio" (as I dislike the whole Season 6 of the series).

MCat MC ... because it has to much silly humor and slapsitck at the wrong time when deep serious was needed,... because of the lame "Trio" - they are so silly and ridiculous - not worth to get a whole season as Buffys enemy (not worth to be in BtVS generally), ... because of the Buffy/Spike-affair...(and I DON´T want to start another spuffy vs. bangel- discussion!)... because I lost my Buffy-feeling completely with this season (To be honest, I only like S1-S3, my Buffy-feeling was gone with the end of S3. I missed the old class and quality of character/story development after S3.)... and (for me) BtVS lost it´s soul with S 6

MCat MC aside from the my hate of the trio, i'm not a big fan of the spuffy relationship, so having that be such a big focus during the season was not my cup of tea. also, xander being such an ass to anya was a turn off as well. the only things i enjoyed that season was probably tabula rasa, once more with feeling and dark willow. everything else was pretty forgetful for me during that season. i get why people like season 6 though.

The Master : not the best but funny and good villain because the only who killed Buffy Angelus : the most terrifying he killed Jenny... Drusilla too best trio Angelus-Drusilla-Spike The Mayor : one of my favourite, creepy and funny. Totally evil but his feelings for Faith, the only human part i love this duo. Adam : scary, no feelings even if due to arc he was the less good. Glory : crazy, scary, the most interesting big bad Warren : not demoniac but maybe the worst, he is a human but he killed two woman without feelings Darth/Dark Willow : awesome and maybe the best motivation to be a villain. I feel like I'm the only one who thinks, as a character, Adam was the best big bad. He just seems so interesting to listen to, and he actually is the only villain made by humans, and with Glory and Willow, he is one of the only villains Buffy couldn't stop, at least not by herself. And the whole Adam story arc honestly kind of comes off as a retelling of the novel Frankenstein, and as fan of classic horror films and literature, as well as that of science fiction, I really do enjoy that. Though, I can definitely see why people didn't particularly care for him: he isn't around for even half the season, despite being the main villain, and even taking out the vampires, the idea of corpses being reanimated either by magic or science had already become a recurring theme in the series. Regardless, however, I enjoyed having Adam around. But in terms of being a villain, I would say it is easily Dark Willow, because 1), she was driven by something a lot of us can actually relate to, grief and rage, 2) she was the only villain that Buffy and her friends couldn't defeat, no matter what they tried, and 3) unlike with Angelus, the real Willow was still in there, which we see when Xander stops her, which is also, I think, one of Xander's greatest moments throughout the entirety of the Buffyverse.

Giles did defeat Willow though when he placed her in that binding spell, they were all holding back because Willow was their best friend. Had she have been a normal villain they could have killed her when she was restrained in that binding spell. Glory was the most unstoppable villain they faced imo, if she wasn't batshit crazy and held back by Ben's humanity, she would have wiped them all out in one episode.

Darla was a interesting case but she did not seem as bad as certain others Drusilla was a intriguing one due to her being a vamp that suffers from actual insanity Angelus was a bad ass through and through he was something to be reckoned with and was the worst of the vamps and is worse then many Non Vamps too Spike was a great big bad for a while and the character really was relatable in many ways also my number one favorite character. The Master Was Intimidating looking but had a interesting sense of humor and I liked that he was not letting Vamp weaknesses at least certain ones like crosses get to him Glory was funny in some ways she is not someone you would usually see as a big bad but she played the role fine Richard Wilkins was a great design for a political type of villain getting in the system and is also one of my favorites Faith Lehane is also another favorite of mine due to her bad ass slayer style. The First was kinda cool but kinda confusing Kakistos went out too quickly Dracula got depowered and went out like a punk Dark Willow was awesome you did not see her coming until later there is more but I think I listed enough for now

Season Five is my favorite season. Season four is so relatable with leaving HS & mixed emotions about adult life. Season 3 was just awesome. Season 2 was iffy for me, season one is memorable , season 6 was VERY depressing. It hit home very hard & it made me fell uncomfortable. Gloomy. Season 7was ehh, I like it but not im my top 3.

In my opinion Dark Willow wasn't the big bad of series 6, it was the trio. More specifically Warren. They drove her to what she became and caused most of the death and destruction of series 6. Dark Willow wasn't necessarily out for world domination at first she wanted revenge (quite rightly) for what Warren did to Tara and Buffy, it was Giles' extra magic that corrupted her and changed her direction to worldwide destruction. The Trio/ Warren were season 6's big bad.

They were just minor trouble for Buffy towards the end of their season arcs. The real big bads were the Mayor (S3) and the geek squad (S6).
