Raj wasn't drunk; good heavens, that one sip he took had barely arrived in his stomach when he resumed speaking. And even then, it'd be a borderline miracle if he got drunk from a small glass of sherry.

@daniel. You haven't watched the series have you? Raj cannot speak to females unless he has a drink , no matter how small.He had to whisper his replies in Howard's ear for the first several series.
