I remembered her from the movie Wrong Turn in which she was just good looking girl but here in this episode I don't know why she is looking EXCEEDINGLY ATTRACTIVE and ELEGANT. Either Its because of her dress or the way she is carrying the character of a responsible federal agent and her formal just-talk-business kinda tone with that.

How is Howard a minor league engineer? I know the show writers it taking out their anger towards their more successful engineering colleges, Howard literally studied in the world's best engineering college and a higher ranked college that what Sheldon went to, leaving that aside before sheldon got his noble prize at the ending of tbbt, howard literally has way more real life contributions and achievements than sheldon could even dream of, it's kinda annoying the show keeps pushing this joke but I guess it fits Sheldon's character, an idiot who is only book smart.
