The "Big Boss" Food Truck Challenge

Taking on the "Big Boss" Challenge from Big Boss Blue Sky Kitchen's food truck parked at Brew Lab 101 in Rio Rancho, New Mexico! Most of the menu items from both the food truck AND the brewery make a nod to the hit TV show, Breaking Bad! Challengers have just 40 minutes to finish:
1 Heisenburger - Topped with eggs, cheese, green chilies, and a hot link
1 Green Chili Burger - Angus patty smothered in cheese and Hatch green chilies
1 "Duke" Philly Cheesesteak - Topped with chopped steak, cheese, green chilies, and onions
1 Hot Link - Topped with grilled onions
1 Order of "Duke Fries" - Crinkle Cut fries topped with the same blend as the Philly Cheesesteak
1 Beer/Cocktail from Brew Lab 101

Haha when you started off this video I looked at the background and immediately said that looks like the Sandia Mountain. I lived this when I was in my teens and really loved it there. Love their food there. So good. I liked that at Mexican restaurants they give you red and green sause with your chips. Heisenburger, Love it!

I looked up the Mary Kate & Ashley "messy burger" (and was kind if hard today, Bob Saget passed away last night) It Takes Two was a great 90's movie. And if my Mom would have called them a messy burger, I probably would have loved them - LOL. I have come to appreciate them after caring for my Dad before he passed. He absolutely loved them, and I found if they weren't too saucy & on Hamburg Roll instead of the bread we used as kids - they were pretty enjoyable. Going to get back to your show and I ate already so I wont be tempted after watching this Vid. Hey You Tube land, any one else have this happen to them???

Lol from It takes two! We went cross country in the late 90’s and we had one of those Tv/VCR combo tv’s. We had that as one of our movies 😂. Went from Philly to Yellowstone to Washington to Arizona to Florida and back to Pa. One of my favorite summers ever
