Max Strom, one of the foremost wellness experts of the digital age, joined us to share a range of breathing techniques to help us manage the challenges of these times. Max specialises in working with breathing patterns for emotional and mental health and the simple, accessible practices he’ll guide us through will give us tools to reduce stress, anxiety, depression, grief, and sleep issues, and increase wellbeing at all levels.
The Big Breathe is a completely free 30-minute practice and is suitable for all, including during pregnancy. You don’t need any equipment - just your body and an internet connection.

While breathing is only a small part in the overall healing process, it’s the best place to start and I know I speak for many when I say we are grateful for you work. To those of you reading these comments and watching this, congratulations, you are well on your way to healing.

Thank you so much Max, I am doing your breathing techniques and it's incredible how well these techniques work for me. I first saw your video on TED which is a shame a lot of people do not know about these excellent dissertations.

Thank you Max for that breathing exercise. He's trying to Yama practices have helped so much in my healing Journey. I've been to your workshops and have learned several breathing techniques and continue to share what I've learned.

I have been reading your book" no app ...." for several days and not learned any breathing exercises yet so was a little short fused during the intro. once you started found the effect very pleasant, mild samadhi, and look forward to studying your methods more, thank you

stop talking and get to breathing, I think you over rate the benifit of contact with other people, it is from contact with other people that is source of a lot the trauma we are stuck with.
