Nice trailer. Thankyou for the walkthrough. Finally someone offers a axle free independent suspension option. Most other brands just add 2-4" of extra clearance for their "offroad model" but keep the axle. I wish more manufacturers would offer a 5-6k window unit instead of that rooftop ac. Not only would that clear up valuable real estate on the roof for 200-300 watts of solar panels, but having a window unit that's only $150-$200 to replace is so much friendlier on the wallet if replacement is needed than those roof mounted ones are. Not a fan of having a black water tank as opposed to a composting or cassette toilet. Dump stations and boondocking off the beaten path are rarely close to each other. Overall though, looks like a well thought out trailer. Thanks again.

Thank you so much for watching and the feedback. We have been looking at 12V a/c solutions that are also affordable. The rooftop 12V starts to add a lot of cost.. wondering if a zero breeze or eco flow would be enough to cool down this size. Would need to install the ports, but that would clear the roof, offer a 12V solution and not change the price.

Perhaps if you could make it with the air-conditioning and the other stuff on the side. You'd sell a lot of them if you could keep it at the height of the average garage.

A nice trailer in this price range @ almost $10k less then a T@B 320. However, DO NOT take any trailer on a dirt road without a fully articulating coupler / hitch like Lock-n-Roll - bent frames are expensive. Everything on those shelves is going to be on the floor on a bumpy road - I realize this is a cost saving item - but cabinet doors with good latches are REQUIRED for overland trailer

We thought about that, but the water heater is there so not as much space. Can easily bring along a portable 12V fridge/freezer if needed. Would you prefer bigger sink or having the extra counter top space?

Bathroom needs an accordion style door, good to see bigger fridge and smaller stove, three burner with oven was outrageous for something this small and the doll size fridge was ridiculous

I call BS! I have a 6 gallon water heater in my Casita that takes just 15 minutes to heat up from cold. The trouble with on demand water heaters is that the water returns to cold when you shut it off for lathering up (to keep from over filling your gray tank). On demand heaters are great when you are at home and can let the water run down the drain continuously but not in a trailer where you must minimize gray tank filling. On the plus side, $25,000 is a whole lot better than the $40,000 and up prices I am seeing on the same trailers that we could buy for $20,000 a few years ago. I guess I will keep the one I got 7 years ago.

Once the water heats just use that button on the showerhead so the water is on hold and not off. I don't see why that would be a problem. But yea, it's 15 minutes MAX to heat up not 40 minutes.

That will work on regular WH but not on on-demand types because the moment the water stops flowing the heat turns off. In a regular WH the water in the tank is still hot. That is where the fluctuation in temperature becomes a problem@@Kharizmah

@@richardhouvener6423 I'd have to test it out since I just installed the Fogatti on my RV. Either way since I usually do a military shower, I don't usually cut the water on/off and was experiencing problems getting my old water heater to heat up in a timely fashion in cold weather.

We are the tallest in this length. All our competitors are roughly 5'8" interior and have a more box sized bed that is 72" long.

Well the unit you're showing is so well equipped, I was comparing it to a 19' or 20' that does have 78" interior height. I still don't know if a RV is for me. I don't want to own a humongous tow vehicle, so I'm researching on the small side. We're 5'10" & 6'2".
