Comparing Fox to Jiggly and comparing Peach to Icies is not the same. Peach destroys Icies 3x harder than Fox "destroys" Puff, Puff has more options than Icies, and nobody else within the top 40 plays her so they go up against Hbox without any warm up. Please don't act like Jigglypuff is a trash character. You don't become #2 and arguably #1 by playing sub-par characters.
