THE BIG HOUSE | HOUSE FLIPPER

Hi flippers, how are you doing? I hope your day is going well so far. So I wanted to try my hands on The Big House and here is my take on it. I imagined a family of 5, mom, dad, teenage daughter and teenage twin sons, probably 3 years apart. ^_^ This is like their family vacation home or they would rent it to people like Airbnb. As usual I used lots of workshop items and I'll name them in the comment section.

Awww thank you Ataraxis. ^_^ The garden was beginning to kill my pc so I had to delete so many beautiful plants and flowers >_< But I am glad it still looks dreamy ^_^

I absolutely love this house! Amazing work. I do have two questions, though. 1: Did you sell this house? I'm afraid I would have to keep it after all that work. 2: Do you know about how many hours you spent doing this house and the garden? This is absolutely one of the most beautiful houses I have seen.

Hi, thank you very much. 1. I think I still have it but it's been a while since I visit HF1 so I'm not so sure. 😅 2. The duration of the Hogwarts train and this Big house is about 11days but I remember flipping this house for at least 3weeks. Thank you for coming over 🥰🥰

I think I may have asked on another video, how did you get the string lights on the outside? They only allow me to place them inside. Your builds are beautiful too. I'm a huge fan 😊❤️

Hi, so if I'm not mistaken these lights are 1 of the latest lights that came in with the pet dlc. So for this house (The Big House), I was able to hung them on the balcony area.

@@KaroruChan yes I have that dlc. It wouldn't let me hang them outside. May balconies are allowed 😁

@@WeevBerry Hi there, you mentioned you tried it with garland light right? I didn't use that one, I use the Chajen Hanging Light bulbs. This one will allow you to put them outside both on ceiling and walls. I hope this helps

A very lovely job! I'm curious how you managed to change the windows. I wasn't able to with this house. All the others I can, but not this one. Did you use a mod of some sort to change them?

Thank you very much. Hmm I was able to change the windows using in game windows. If you watch my speed build (kzbin.info/www/bejne/qmmlaal5Z9R3bdk) I sold the window and put it back on like normal. But this was way before farm dlc. Tbh, after all the updates, there are some things I could do before that I couldn't anymore. It could be a bug for this house on your game. I have one bug house, it's the Old Port Warehouse, which is unfortunate because I love the layout of that house.

@@garmtpug you're welcome. Ohh try turning off shadows and in your settings. Sometimes too much settings turned on makes the game buggy.

Aww thank you. Hmmm might be a bit hard for a step by step but I'll try my best. Maybe I'll make the essential ones only? Like flower arrangements, the layout, garden, the firepit platform? Cause if I do a real step by step of this house it might be a 5 to 10 part videos. If I make speed build videos I think I'll give us all a headache XD

Omg you are so kind, thank you. I wish I am, although I must say that I love designing/creating but life wanted different purpose for me. So I ended up creating/designing in games instead. Maybe one day I can really be one? Fingers crossed. ^_^
