From Third World to First World , The Former Prime Minister Lee Kuan Yew was a Great Hero and Transformational Leader . He indeed made Singapore an Oasis of Rule of Law , secure Nation, protected the minority, non discriminatory . Policy is implementing and implementation is policy . Africa needs those Leaders . I have visited Singapore

The Rule of Law or The Law of the Ruler. To jog at 2 am, you will find a patrol car approaching you with this suspicious question, "why are you not fast asleep at this wee hours of the night?" If, Singapore is not a Chinese city what is the purpose of the Speak Mandarin Campaign. He even mentioned that Singapore is 'a paradise for the Chinese' to a Chinese student who intended to further study in USA. Well, so much for a LLB once in a lifetime.

In the UK, the number of police on patrol was systematically reduced so you may meet a criminal if you jog at 2am.

The "Speak the Mandarin Campaign" was to unify the Singaporean Chinese to avoid a dialectic chauvinism and to speak in one coherent voice...I am not a Singaporean but I understand the rationale of the Speak the Mandarin Campaign.

Mandela was hailed as a Hero when he was Jailed as a Terrorist for 28 years...Chia Thye Poh was an Opposition and school Teacher...jailed at 24 and released after 32 years...How evil can a Bastard be??? there were others jailed for 7 to 17 years because they disagree with the bastard with NO trial but his Rule by Law...he Brags about the Rule of law where the Privy Council in UK is the last court of Appeal...when an Opposition appealed to the Privy Council and had his conviction Overturn as a Miscarriage of justice...the Bastard set up his Final Appeal Kangaroo Court with Beholden Judges knowing who calls the TUNE!!!
