I wish there is a clause which will jail any party who uses these tricks like the NPP sought to do by going to the Supreme Court to allow them to pass their bills. Should the Supreme Court rule later after the NPP has passed their evil bills that the speaker enforced the constitution rightly, Will the bills be considered for debate again and decided on or the NPP would have used evil mischief to do their will.

As a matter of fact, that FOMENA MP should have long ago vacated his seat. Because per all that has been outlined by our so-called lawers, I sincerely think he crossed carpet a long time ago by joining the NPP caucus to form a majority as an independent candidate in Parliament. On Tuesday the speaker stood and affirmed his position that those seat has been declared vacant and the NDC are the majority especially when he agreed on all the discussion made on the 17th and approved on the 22nd and tendered in as accepted process by parliament

I think in the next sittings the npp should bring their own tables and chairs. Speaker misapplied Article 97 1g and 1h. The above provisions are prescriptions to determine the status of a sitting MP who violate the provisions. The action of the four MPs to determine their status in the future parliament does not violate Article 97 1g and 1h.. Bagbin and NDC are wrongfully mixing apples with oranges.
