I've never heard a celebrity speak so respectfully and empathically of people staring at them. "They forget themselves and are liable to misrepresent themselves in those situations" is such a unique take, I love it.

I remember when he came on the scene as a young child. He's grown into a lovely man. I do not follow many celebrities because, most are fickle, and they really dont stand for anything, as if they live in a bubble. Yet, this man here, I absolutely adore him. He seems as if he has a very kind heart, humble and he sees others who are different then him, with a huge open heart, even when others just as famous as him do not. I truly enjoy this man. What a great conversationalist he is. Truly genuine. What a joy it would be to meet him. I wish truly great things for him. What a gem of a human he is. The woman who ends up with this man truly has gained a prize❤.

I love how you ask a question and then full on listen to every single word. Sometimes the conversations in other podcasts get jumbled because people jump in and out of the conversation and it gets mixed up. The questions were great! I love how open Will is about struggles. I love how mental health matters so much in his conversation. As someone who struggles it feels great to hear it in such an open and safe discussion. Cant wait for the other episodes !

So glad to have found this! I've loved Will Poulter's work since I saw him in Voyage Of the Dawn Treader. I had the privilege of meeting Will recently at Motor City Comic Con, and he is every bit as sweet and genuine in person as he appears in his interviews. I gave him a cartoon I had drawn for him and he seemed sincerely surprised and grateful for the gift. This interview has actually provided me with a breakthrough, believe it or not. One of the many projects I'm working on features a student and mentor. I had already outlined the story to feature the typical gruff, impatient mentor and struggling student. But watching this, I thought, "Why not have the main character benefit from a teacher with more positive attributes instead?" I've now begun the rewrites to make this mentor more caring, attentive, and mindful of his student's needs and mental health. I'd like to portray this character as a mentor who can be firm but kind, and demponstrate that compassion can also equal strength. So in other words, more like Will. Wonderful interview and interaction here! Quite literally an inspiration.

Will poulter really reminds me of the part of me I completely lost. I gave up acting about 2 years ago and lost so much potential. I regret everything and I wish I could go back and sculpt the path of my life into a completely different direction. This podcast was honestly so absorbing as he shared some pretty interesting stuff about his personal life and the ups and downs of being an actor. What a podcast, will DEFFO be subscribing!!!

It really resonated with me what Will said at the beginning. That acting was never scary for him, so he chose to do it professionally. I think it’s so important to recognize which things actually make you happy instead of going with the flow or choosing the hardest thing (if you’re fortunate enough to have a choice). I have struggled with this thought for so long, because in my culture, it is acceptable to go for the hardest option, “things in life to do not come easy,” “it’s supposed to be hard.” Finding satisfaction in the deeds you are naturally good at and that are easy for you and then perfecting them was a true revelation that changed my perception and my life. I am glad people are discovering this as well. It’s definitely a path to happier generations than those before us ever were. Shout out to Will for being an amazing human being and bringing awareness to bullying issues as well. It’s also personal for me, so thanks 🙏🏻

I just finished the episode and I immediately came down to the comment section. Honestly, I don’t really know how to feel. I absolutely loved it! It was wonderful to hear such similar experiences to mine from Will Poulter. I’ve been a fan of his work for a short while, both in his acting and advocating. I’m in an arts program at my high school as of now, though I’ll be leaving the school this year due to a move over the summer. It really is so nice to hear from another actor who has struggled with anxiety. In a way, I feel it both enhances the experience, with that rush of nerves releasing into your work during a performance, and causes issues outside of that. But nonetheless, I do feel really inspired. I still got a huge future, and lots of opportunities to try out, and while it’ll be a difficult journey, I’m hoping to put in the work and become successful myself one day. I’m so thankful to Pamela for being able to share this story. She’s a wonderful host, and not only does she ask very intelligent questions, she’s very comforting to listen to and watch as well. I thank the people that brought this episode to life, and I’ll be eagerly waiting for the next one ❤

Wow! Thank you so much for not just commenting but also sharing your journey. I wish you all the best with your career but I don't you will need it as you clearly have such a positive mindset. Enjoy and embrace every stage of your journey - the good and the not so good. Because one day you will be able to share your experience and give inspiration to the next generation. Keep me posted and thank you again for tuning in. Pamela xx

I loved this episode. This year I’m going to high school and Ive been planning and thinking about what I might major in and which colleges or universities I want to go to so I can work towards it. I’ve wanted to do drama because it’s something Ive felt passionate about for so long but the other side of me wants to do business as a major because a lot of other people major in something similar to that if it isn’t in the medical fields. I’ve struggled with anxiety for a while and it goes away until the mentions of careers and things comes into play. I’m not afraid to do something that’ll make me happy but I am afraid that it might not go right for me. This honestly helped me a lot in many ways and this is now my comfort episode‼️ I loved seeing one of my favorite actors not be very different from me when it comes to anxiety, sensitivity, and other things as well. Obsessed with this podcast!!!!
