There should be clearcut distribution of power. So that everyone can Focus on their respective public work and constitutioal responsibilities. My personal views is that a democratically elected government is supreme in a democratic system of government.

You are right. But In case of delhi when it's capital of india Central Govt. doesn't want to leave it to someone else.. Even when Congress was in center and Delhi, they tried for it but they found that it might be risky to give delhi a full statehood and makes it out of the power of Central Govt. But Supreme Court made a Great Decision. But these issues will remain both Delhi Govt. and Governer should focus on their work.

Ankush Jindal i think there is no tussle between hc & sc brother it is the beauty of democracy & our judicial system everyone one has different thoughts on the same issue with the same constitution interpretation of judges of different courts are different...& Here again SC judges proved that why it is supreme...

Brother actually LG decides the Judges of High Court and i think it's common what was the judgement of Delhi High Court. High Court might be wrong but that's why they made Supreme Court.

Pratul Gupta every high court judge appointed by President after consultation with CJI & governor of concern state..but the recommendation made by collegium is imp in that case..

This Supreme Court judgement is a tight slap to BJP & LG. Also, those High Court judges whose judgement was overturned by SC must be investigated whether they are competent to do their work. There should be a mechanism wherein if a judge who continuously gives illogical & flawed judgement, is dismissed alongwith other punishments.

All problems actually started with the decision to transfer the services department from the CM to LG in 2015....because of which all IAS officers now has stopped listening to elected government. This is directly affected the governance...All the other discussion is bogus.. as the Delhi government has never interfered in the 3 depts being referred, that was never a problem area.

the question of statehood of Delhi remain un discussed or not fully discussed. A separate debate is needed on this,, as only the concept of separation of power won't work in Delhi. And the demands of complete statehood by Delhites is not completely in excess to the administration !!

I read yesterday that apart from those 3subjects even services are under central govt since 2015- that's creating even more problems for delhi govt,I mean how can a govt function when no one wants to work and the only agenda of lg is to create hurdles

I think the first thing is if I agree with the terms of judgment passed by SC, the only way I would do if SC clarifies the vague terms like mechanical manner, every and any etc. Secondly a bicameral supremacy causes conflicts which are clear here. The concept of Washington DC is acceptable only in terms of compromise for the sake of development by the politicians.

Kindly cover up the illegal land encroachment in the border area of India by Myanmar Army about 3km toward India territory in Manipur State ... Govt is silence in such sensitive issue. Brother we cant give delhi a complete state because Delhi is the capital of country. If it become state land comes under state and if center want to open some international institutions they need to get permission from state. State may deny this. so one of the reason
