How to fix ranked DD? Turn it into a season type of mode. You play 162 regular season. Each game results counts toward your win/loss record. For rage quit out add a game multiplier loss penalty that scales. Have the win total after the “regular” season gets you post season seeding. You next games will count for a playoff seeding. So if you killed it in the regular (110+ wins for example) you get a first round bye and home field advantage. On the other hand, 80 something wins is a wild card. He’s the twist you incentive people to play with competition rewards. So even if you don’t qualify for the playoffs you get an unlock voucher for the World Series reward but it costs two vouchers to get the reward without winning the real thing. Have a leaders board for ring chasers to show the real “dynasty” aspect of the mode. Adds competitiveness back into ranked and makes games more meaningful but also grindy.
