After watching this episode, I took a break for half an hour to do other stuff and after thinking about it, I successfully guessed who the witch was before they revealed it later. It's a clever twist when you think about it from a different POV.

For me it was different because as soon as I heard the rules my first thought was to throw Momoka into the fire. I wasn't completely sure she was the witch but since she's already dead I would have tried that first before anything. The militants make the situation more difficult but I'd definitely try that first and foremost.

The first thing I would've done is burn Momoka's body. So far none of the games actively set out to kill someone or have someone be killed. All prior games had a way so everyone could win and make it out alive, so for this game to jump to them having to kill/burn someone, I wouldn't buy it. Also the 2 hours was a throw off just like it was with the game on the bus. I think if Arisu was out there with everyone when the game started he could've figure it out.

I think it's a mind game if the follow the rules, they all can win. In hide & seek, they didn't follow the rules. Sheep were supposed to hide from the wolf and at the last second Karube stopped hiding from the Wolf (Arisu) so they died.
