cuz DBFZ is back at EVO, and they're about to run World Tour/CEO, UFA, and EVO Japan, and the patch might make it to where you'll never see these characters. Well, Blue fusions got dropped by most people, and they're not going to nerf it, but Cell and 17 are getting the nerfs for sure. The only people I see running blue fusions these days rely on 17 A with it. So blue fusions are prob over too.

@@bobross4616 idk they really havent been going the route of nerfing as much as they are buffing so i wouldnt be surprised if they didnt nerf them but who knows. Just nerf Cell perfect attack and despite 17s assist being OD, he isnt as popular as we would think. idk

@@likenoother6561 You're right, because Bandai took over. They've buffed way more than nerfed. But when it was Arc system doing the patches, they used to nerf characters, and if they were problematic, they would then nerf them HARD. Arc System is now back doing this newest patch, meaning the original developers who know the game and listen to the fans actually can balance the game now. So my guess is that they'll absolutely nerf characters, since they did so in the past. Before Bandai made party game changes with their patches (last 1-2 years).

@@likenoother6561 The only nerfs i've ever seen Bandai do, is I think they gutted labcoat 21, nerfed the fusions meter gain, nerfed Hit and Jenemba's meter gain. And that's pretty much it.
