Just to let you know soverign was a dev exclusive aura because they think the aura doesn't have enough features, monarch was first made since era 6 or 7 and was first leaked to the public in era 8 in 54xyz private server.

Monarch I believe is a mutation of Sovereign. Flying Dutchman was a mutation of Sailor and became available in Era 8, I am pretty sure Monarch will be available in Era 8-5, with all of the other whitelisted auras
