what ive done to help going first in floo, is up cowrie to 2 and the small less good birds to 2 and empen 3. to increase your odds in seeing birds or bird + quick play / cowrie. better than seeing none and dark ruler. but this list looks solid blind 2nd

Don't think you need Jack in the Hand in the TCG, only reason it's played in master duel is because the pots are all limited in Masterduel
