You often mention your agency but I don't understand whether your manager/friend Enrico and your members of staff work for the agency or whether you have an independent team of people and then in what way is the the agency involved. 35 is still young!! Honestly turning 40 recently has been especially hard for me, I was fine until then and loved celebrating my birthdays and even though I often get mistaken for being 10 years younger it's especially hard once you reach that milestone I feel because it's the start of "middle age" ;( Men have it so easy because I feel like they don't have an expectation to look a certain way like we do. I am hoping that maybe turning 50 will be easier LOL
