Is this the Cassissima Black Marble variety? If not, can you please make a video about that one. It sounds very good, from the research I made, but it would be useful to see video because I would like to grow lots of them.

Get Dobrynya, Selechenskaya 2, or Titania. They are all very big berries with great taste profile and heavy yields. Next year I will get my hands on Tahsis.

No one sells these varieties, when I made my original post 3 years ago only last year a single currant grew from 50 seeds I purchased, Titania. I just acquired a branch from a black currant that was brought over 30 years ago that was grown in Belarus 60 plus years ago on a farm. Saw a picture of it and no joke it looked over 8 feet tall....

@@Bakalakalajihad Titania is great. It is sold in US. Tahsis is from Canada and as now only several nurseries sell them.

I can't afford 41 euro for a currant while I'm in Canada. I would buy some seed though.

@@Draupner88 Never heard of it. googled it and it looks like it. I think this is their own patented black currant.

I can afford it, but for the life of me I can't find any of his varieties in the United States. Very annoying.

@@Bakalakalajihad Black Marble and Blackbells are part of the "Cassissima" line of blackcurrants, and I can only find them for sale at the breeders UK website.
