Kids weren't allowed to enter lol. I read the requirements and it was only 18 years and older. That's why despite being really good at WWE games I never attempted to beat the tower myself until I beat the rest of the game since I was around 12-13 when it first came out.

There was a pin cancel animation that you could trigger by pressing a button on the dpad where you would exit the pin by shoving the opponent’s head onto the ground after picking it up.
