Yes, great shore diving but beach access is a little tricky. The lifeguards only want you entering from a specific area.

Hi everyone, I’m looking for some guidance! I recently started scuba diving last month and am eager to get involved in beach cleanups in the Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood area. I’m hoping to join a volunteer group where I can meet local divers, contribute to community efforts, and dive into environmental conservation. Additionally, I’m single, 27 and excited to meet someone special who shares my passion for adventure and environmental stewardship. Also, if you are looking for a group of local divers, I would recommend getting on Meetup and joining the South Florida Beach Divers. Tom is the admin and is a great resource to help get you buddied up and in the water. Stay salty my friend!
