It was mainly the damage scaling glitch that made him broken, as you dealt insane damage. There was a reason why the meta was Hank, Ruffs, and 8-Bit with Boosted Booster. Hank also abused the damage gear.

Hank was broken because damage boost effects were doubled (damage gear gave 30% boost instead of 15% boost), super charge non depended on bubble size, heal while charging, hidden in bush while charging and super was easier to hit on brawlers on top of you.

Something that I think that was a good mechanic for Hank was getting super every 3 shots, no matter how big or smol the bubble was, it was a good synergy considering that the super is more useful at close range

Considering you can deal about 15k dmg with his super it should be 4 hits instead of 3 (I mastered and pushed hank to 850+ and this buff would make him so fun to play)

When hank was first released he was a monster with that damage, health, being able to hit through wall’s and the star power speed was the cherry on top. There was no escaping him and it’s so sad he was nerfed so bad. I’m glad I at least got him to silver 2 before the nerfs

I'd say Hank isnt as bad as people say he is, he still deals a ton of damage and can be tanky especially with a shield gear, you just gotta position yourself behind walls most of the time

Hank literally countered everything in the game if he had a wall next to him. He could easily one-shot or two-shot throwers and other low hp brawlers, tanks, and other close-range brawlers couldn't do anything cause he could easily chain his super. He could spawn trap so easily. Best answers to Hank were another Hank, or an really open map.

I main hank, he's not strong but he has some tricks you have to use to make him somewhat good, like finishing enemies off with super and gadgeting while charging

What if there is little more flexibility on star road..like choosing next rarity and then one of brawler at that tier.. For players who have lot of brawlers to unlock this will allow them to get some good and fun to play brawlers more easily. This flexibility should be unlocked after some basic rarity brawlers collected like upto rare and super rare or simply we must have flexibility to switch between legendary, mythic and epic . For some restriction this choice should be alternate

I am currently pushing Hank high up in trophies and it is not as painful as I expected but he definetly gets countered by a lot of brawler especially because of the hypercharge problems😅

Its funny because they buffed his damage and health up again but that wasnt what made him broken. On release he could be invisible whilst charging bubble in bushes His power cube multiplier in SD was broken like kit was. He gained additional extra damage from buffs( dmg gear 8 bit ruffs) He could regen whilst charging bubble. His min bubble size could charge super in 3 hits. He had 20% extra move speed from its gonna blow. I feel like they should give him everything he has back but nerfed slightly. Hank can recharge whilst charging bubble but only 50% health recocery

Hank was op because his supercharge was not based off how long he charged his bubble so you could literally spam 3 small bubbles to get a super to instakill anyone close to you Also his damage boost scaled weirdly so like 5powercubes gave him like 3000 more damage per bubble

In my opinion, that was a good synergy with his basic attack, the damage in otherhand, was ridiculous, that was the only thing that they had to change, but they nerfed in an unnecesary things, speed, unhidden while charging bubble, unable to heal while holding bubble, in brawl ball you can counter him just by throwing the ball at him cancelling his attack, bro the issue was the damage not the other stats 💀

New trait "This brawler can heal 2s faster than normal" So he can starts regen in 1s instead of 3 (like Tick 1st starpower) Reason Charging bubble is like unloading attack. You can comparise his ammo unload to amber. So that's the reason why he cam't regen while charging bubble, cuz he unload attack. So I think this trait will be better. What do you think?

1st problem with Hank: The bubble takes wayy too long to charge to max. I would change time from 3s to 2.5s or even 2s. 2nd problem with Hank: He is like a free super. He needs his regen while charging thing back. 3rd problem with Hank: He needs a super charge rate increased. (I could write a whole novel about how bad he is)
