I've given my Halo 3 mod, Arkbound, the biggest update ever! The map is now incredibly massive. There are Scarabs, Pelicans, Phantoms, Longswords, Seraphs, and many more. There's even Frigates, Cruisers, and Capital Ships as Scenery! Playable Flood for infection lets you make flood maps. This is the ultimate Halo 3 Forge mod.

Something I'd recommend balancing wise is changing the anti air cannon (as well as the one on the AA scarab). It should be limited to only be able to shoot up as its anti air bot vehicle. Also,In a previous video it took multiple shots to kill a phantom, I think the AA cannon should be a power spot on a map, like on ein the centre of a map as a motivation for both teams. It should be far more powerful, able to one shot most if not all air vehicles (but unable to attack land vehicles) and maybe a longer reload, neither only for balancing but at least long enough for the entire sound clip to play.

If you wanted to make the police pelican different, perhaps add either a burst of bullets like the falcon from new alexandria, or just a normal chaingun turret to the pilots seat.

RejectedShotgun!! There are two items from ODST that I’d really like to see added: 1) The DESTRUCTIBLE barriers from the firefight map “Security Zone.” When hit with enough rockets, they break apart piece by piece. This would be an INCREDIBLY useful forge object on Arkbound as it would allow players to create bases with destructible walls. Just imagine huge siege battles in which zombies attempt to break into a fortress guarding the survivors. It would be ridiculously awesome. If you wanted to go even further, you could make their damage resistance an adjustable trait, so that they take longer to destroy. 2) The Covenant platform from the mission “Uplift Reserve”. This round, purple platform appears towards the end of the mission, and would make a great forge object in Arkbound. It would be perfect for forging covenant themed bases, and it would make the perfect foundation to place the AA Gun on, and would also function incredibly well as a landing pad for Phantoms or Banshees. If adding the Covenant platform isn't possible, that's fine. The destructible barriers take greater priority, I think. Please consider adding these items! It would greatly enhance players’ enjoyment of this mod and open so many new possibilities!!!

​I desperately want to see Halo's Control Room panel make its way into Forge. Potential Flood Survival Campaign where you must carry the Index like a flag and score it into the Control Center's Core. So it would be awesome to see what you can do with the Flood Forge pieces and Infection Forms. Even having Flood Carrier Forms come into play would be awesome like how players used the Boomers in Left 4 Dead. Quick thought! able to control a small amount of Flood Infection Forms and be able to walk them around in places normal players cant get too for ambushing purposes. Being able to drop from the ceiling, down onto your target sounds creepy. Like a spider would do in my own living room.

I think that concept was somewhat used in the Halo PC map RPG Beta 6.2. There was an index and control room, but due to engine limitations it only worked as a map-wide AoE weapon.

That would be so cool! If he made them drive-able rather than just scenery, there could be a whole gamemode where one team starts out in the frigate and the other team starts on the ground. For the police pelican, I'd suggest for you to add some sort of sentinel beam that has little to no damage, but rather, after some continuous fire or a charge sequence, it would cause an EMP effect on vehicles, with a long overheat cooldown of course. Keeping in mind that police pelicans are not meant for combat I wouldn't give any sort of damaging weapon, if you want damage you can get the regular one, so the idea isn't too far fetched. This is all centering on the idea of cops and robbers, of course. Btw, this is godlike, kudos to you sir.

My suggestion for the police pelican would be to make it be a troop transport. Since it is unarmed, it could be slightly faster and have slightly better handling than the military variants. I don't remember if you implemented any rear seats for the other pelicans but If you didn't, you could add seats to it to really make it stand out as a transport vehicle. My other less plausible idea would be to make the searchlight usable for the pilot and have it highlight enemies for your teammates or put some sort of a waypoint/ marker. If that's even possible. Or maybe make it reveal players with active camo.

For the police pelican, does it have the turret in the back? Also, thought of drivable ODST and Halo 3 civilian vehicles. I believe you may have done that before, but the Siniovet Truck, the cars of ODST including police, the Forklift and Cart, the buses of New Mombasa, and possibly the ODST "Wombat" F-99 drone could be flown from a halo 3 computer terminal. You could also try a water themed map on either Longshore or Valhalla, add militarized dingys, make the aircraft carrier accessible or drivable, and bring the large drones/ fighters on the aircraft carrier to life. Add crashed ODST and 3 variant pods. Add the covenant and flood dispersal pods too. An interesting ship idea could also be the Flood Infected cruiser from the scene before "Floodgate". Only other things I can think of are the huragok recharge stations from ODST, huragok recharge phantoms, (drivable huragok? Like Wars?), possibly the drone hive, possibly the Keyship from halo 3, a cryotube for the hell of it, high charity & installation 08 pieces... I know this seems like a lot but I'm just throwing out suggestions.

I could see the police pelican having a spotlight on the front where the chain gun would be and can be used for cops and robbers as you already said and maybe had a chain gun turret to the back like how the other pelicans have in campaign so that there is a passenger.

Wow. Way to up the ante! I've but a single burning desire: a new incendiary weapon. I get that they are supposed to be really scarce due to their overwhelming damage output and potential to cause horrific lag, but my inner pyromaniac would love to see something more than just Incendiary Grenades and a Flamethrower. Maybe make a Wraith variant which lobs mortars that set huge swathes of ground on fire at once, like a supersized Incendiary Grenade. Keep the fire-rate low so that the fires have a chance to burn out before the next shot.

Suggestion: Gunship Pelican Pilot gets an gauss cannon with a VERY fast fire rate,kinda like a heavy machine gun. Another weapon for a pilot is missiles that come in sets of 10 before it has to reload,2 missiles fire for each press of the button/trigger. The back of the pelican where the B O I S usually sit is replaced with a platform open on three sides with machine guns on the corners. Suggestion 2: Ammo boxes and ammo resupply shelfs. Ammo box: A small box with an ammo symbol on it (three bullets in a square,as most ammo boxes be) that is one time use and resupplies 50% of the players ammo. Ammo shelf's are unlimited use with a 2 minute cool down that resupplies 100% ammo. Boom...that's my suggestions...

I wonder if you could combine the weapon ordinance drops and their physics (their ability to stick in the ground) in order to make a functional ODST drop pod vehicle. I mean, I never seen an Update that the Modder Ported this Mod to PC MCC... however, I just hope we Xbox users also get the Mods as fast as Possible, 343i confirmed that already, but they meant that the Game need an "Offical Mod Support" What means that game need a Ingame browser that Activate and Deactivate Mods, and is Installed on PC as like on Xbox MCC too. Just like Fallout 4 on PC and Xbox/PS4. I could Imagine, that this would look on MCC exactly the Same like on Fallout 4.

Also, for more diverse terrain will you be adding any rounded pieces like Halo 5 that map the floor texture on top of them? Would be awesome if you could pull it off, would make sculpting your own terrain for maps amazing! Would also be cool to continue adding structure pieces like slopes, stairs, pillars, etc. Also, any chance for vegetation objects like trees, flora and fauna, bushes, etc to be added? This mod is a huge accomplishment and probably has more than enough diversity in vehicles. However, if you want suggestions for more vehicle variants, you could make flood variants of all existing vehicles. It would take a bit of work, but the outcome I imagine would be more than worth it :D. Also destroyed variants of all existing vehicles would be cool too, purely for decoration purposes on maps. Police pelican could be a moving team buff or recon vehicle. For team buff it could increase team mates shields within a certain range below it until its destroyed. You could put a red glare on it so the enemy team is alert touts presence. This way the enemy might want to prioritize it when its nearby. It could also be a recon that reveals all enemies within an area besides camo users to entire team. It could also be a turret only with the rail gun turret on the side like a falcon. You could also make it a lot faster and mauverable than other pelicans without as much firepower so it becomes a tactical use

Had a few suggestions, perhaps you could make a gamemode where blue team are elites and red are spartans, similar to invasion. Also, with the AA shade turret, perhaps it could be green like the fuel rod one in Halo Reach. Brown is usually AA for the covenant, but the regular shade turret is brown already, so green might be the next best thing imo. With the NMPD Pelican, perhaps the search light, in place of a chaingun on the bottom, freezes anyone it is looking at. Would be cool for cops n robbers as well as being kinda strategic but not OP cuz u dont have weapons. Besides it feels like it makes the most sense. Not sure if this is possible, but then again you've made what seems like the impossible before :D Love what you're doing sooo much
