I think the average mile for 11-13 year olds is 8 minute 30, then from 14+ is like a 8 or 9 minute mile, because once you start puberty (at 10 or after) you will gain muscle mass which will be added weight, especially if you do go to the gym.

I’ve noticed that most people who are considered healthy can’t do many pull-ups. I don’t know the average but they really are difficult but I am overweight so I wouldn’t know how it feels to be a healthy weight and do pull-ups.

It depends on how high you have to bring your body to count as a situp. You have to touch your chest to your knees you’re going to do a lot less than if you only need to move your hands over your knees.

i’m a 15 year old male who weighs around 180. i’m a bit heavy as i love lifting a lot and have packed on a good amount of muscle but i can still run a 7:10 mile. if u can’t be in that range that u should be close or u don’t exercise enough plain and simple.

Zach I’m 13 & a competitive swimmer. I have high intensity 1.5- 2 hour practices at least 3- 4 times a week and swim the equivalent of 4.5- 6 miles running at each practice. I do exercise enough. I do not get to 7:20. There are other things to factor in. For ex., I have asthma and a heart problem. Don’t just decide that someone is not exercising enough.

Tbh you shouldn’t worry about weight as a kid to a certain degree I was a chubby kid about 11-13 and then thinned out at 14. was 5’4 68kg and slimmed out to 5’11 75kg in a year so if you suddenly got fat you should just wait it out.
