There’s no way an average sit ups in a minute for a 13 year old boy is 59. But then on the next screen it changes to 46. What? Also now way 13 year old girl is average 52 and 16 girl is average 53. That’s balogne

I think the average mile for 11-13 year olds is 8 minute 30, then from 14+ is like a 8 or 9 minute mile, because once you start puberty (at 10 or after) you will gain muscle mass which will be added weight, especially if you do go to the gym.

Tbh you shouldn’t worry about weight as a kid to a certain degree I was a chubby kid about 11-13 and then thinned out at 14. was 5’4 68kg and slimmed out to 5’11 75kg in a year so if you suddenly got fat you should just wait it out.

IRS Scammer Exactly 😂 Also to answer the other guys statement, I’m overweight but my friends who are healthy and that age DO know proper form. Just because 13 year olds are young doesn’t mean they are knowledgeable in form. You sound like the ignorant one, I’m sorry about that.

It’s really all about perspective. If you’re hopeful and positive you’ll see as. The person who loses the most weight. While it you’re negative you’ll see ‘Biggest Loser’ in a negative way👌🏾

4:05 video games aren't the problem. I play an abhorrhent amount of video games, but I can still stay active, keep my grades up, and eat right. It's not laziness, it's an eating addiction.
