I had the opportunity to lived in those two people countries-Ghana and Côte d’Ivoire. My mum is from Berekum and my dad is from Ivory Coast. However, I can testify that Côte d’Ivoire, if not the war, is far safer than Ghana in terms of security system. And one thing that highly unique about Ivorians is that we are very hospitable. We don’t discriminate. We even treat strangers more lovely as though they were part of us.

Awwwww thank you mama for this tour in Adjame market 🙏❤️. Adjame is actually a neighbourhood and this is their market. Lots of pick pockets there though. I felt like entering the screen to come shopping🤦🏽‍♀️😩😩 and this ice lollie(poki), so many childhood memories. Ghana is definitely cleaner than Ivory Coast ooooo mama, like your sister said we throw rubbish away in the street any how, we are not really trained on that one at allllllll. See fresh attieke 😋😋😋

@@labellerose7640 Then you need to travel round Ghana often. Don’t just go to 1 or 2 markets in Accra and conclude Ghana doesn’t have varieties of food. There even other west African markets here you will get Nigerian, Ivorian, Togolese etc foodstuffs in Accra as well.

😂 Hey lady, the other stuff near the ginger is cucumin or fresh Turmeric roots...its ehst thru use to do the tumeric powder. That is a typical type of yam, the Caribbean likes it too. Very expensive in UK but delicious 😋.

Africa....we are endowed with tremendous wealth and resources yet we seem NEVER to realise this... instead our political leadership prefer to go begging bowl in hand in Western capitals rather than formatting ways and means of developing and harnessing the Continent's resources and wealth; human and physical!!It was possibly only the late Kwame Nkrumah who was endowed with the intellect to conceptually think of Africa's search for her economic emancipation the rest have merely been disciples of theories formulated and prescribed for them by the West....and lately they have hitched onto the Chinese wagon without even negotiation for a level playing field and transfer of technology and know how as necessary ingredients of economic and trade relations!!
