My family moved to Las Vegas when I was five. Without any exaggeration every couple years someone has came out with a grand plan for high speed train service to Southern California. At least back then we had regular train service. Oh, and by the way, I’m 68 now. So don’t expect me to hold my breath waiting.

The only reason I have a bit (just a bit) higher hopes for this one is it's a private company this time. Brightline just opened their Miami to Orlando high speed rail route in Florida with plans to expand to Tampa so they've at least proven they can do it, and not a decade late at 10 times the original budget like government projects tend to be.

I have lived and worked in Las Vegas Nevada for the past 28 years and I love, love love my city! I have been able to build a wonderful life here and made a very good living and built a solid retirement plan by relocating here from upstate New York (the snow and humidity Mecca), the reason I moved was to start a new and fresh life where I could provide a better financial future for myself and my young son. That is a fly what I was able to do! Vegas is a city like no other! We continue to grow and prosper every year since I arrived here! Please come as a visitor because we want to treat our tourist well and I can honestly say that I love our visitors and welcome you here with open arms. I love driving to Disneyland LA or Huntington beach.... - There are no "Perfect Place to Live", too hot here? I was born in Taiwan and you may try the 105F with 99% humidity.... not here. - Real estate is booming, renting is not easy and more expensive compare to 10 yrs ago. - No state tax. - New houses and community. 3:30 this is confusing. Youre saying, "North Vegas" but it could mean, North Las Vegas. Its a seperate city. Ok. so i will go along with this, Fontainebleau in "North Vegas" is in the north side of the Las Vegas Strip. Its in the "Vegas Strip"

Gonna be a lot of empty buildings when the next recession hits. Also, the real mega project Vegas needs is getting water from somewhere other than the Colorado River. I used to go to Vegas on Vacation but now there are plenty of Casinos and Sports betting is legal on the East Coast.

Feds are talking about draining Lake Powell here in Utah where I live. It feeds into Lake Mead (Hoover Dam). It has more water than Lake Mead.

Where the hell is all the money coming from for regular people to be able to afford Vegas these days let alone with all these billions being spent and what about water to supply these big projects???

The water supply secured with the third intake from lake mead. No worries 😉

Vegas is the most water conserving place on earth ! They don’t waste any of the water they receive they have great water recycling plants !

@@abrahamramirez7239 I disagree having seen all the deep bathtubs in some of the hotel rooms and how fast Lake Mead went dry.

Update that’s not in this video it’s going to be club LIV the same one that’s in the blue in Miami. If they match the one in Miami it’s a hip hop club so it will be more like DRAIS than hakkassan

in your video showing room interiors you used a pic of the RIO's new room design. Not even close to the actual rooms and luxury of the Fontainebleau
