In this video, I talk about one of the biggest missed opportunities I see flower farmers and small business owners make - intentional focus on their repeat customers and maximizing the value out of those customers. I share my personal numbers and how just 7 customers contributed to 1/3 of my retail flower sales in 2023! Less customers = less headache and more time doing other things.
And of course, I also address tangible activities to do this, including referencing principles from the famous book, "Influence, the Psychology of Marketing"
