When u make the omelet and the bottom half is cooked if u don't want to flip it u can also put it in the oven near the end on broil. As long as u dont have a pan with a plastic handle that is lol. Another way is cook the omelet once the bottom half is cooked take the pan off the stove put a dish over the pan making sure the dish is bigger than the pan and u can flip it that way then slid the omelet back into the frying pan. Either way there's no right or wrong way ur omelet looks delicious papa rug. 👍✌ I ❤ Love watching ur video's Mama Rug and Papa Rug.
