I had a 309 gti 1.9 with big bore exhaust and 57i and it could race cosworths. It run Yokohama tyres and I don't think I've ever owned a car that handles so well

Yeah. The cars whatever anyone thinks of them they are machines. They were used now left. That's it The dog is a living feeling emotional creature. And I've been around working dogs my whole life. Old lady or not you don't leave it locked in a trailer like that. Maybe she lets it out but it appears to be in there for long periods.

It's like one of those hoarding things that used to be on the box a few years ago . I reckon they had a massive love for mostly Peugeot gti's and just collected them . I think the guy has passed away but when they was alive they was cherished and ao many memories with yhe cars thats why she would never sell them or move anything due to that. At a guess, it'd be a forged 300 + hp engine. That's criminal to let that engine waste away. Hopefully pug1off or spoox or someone can get a hold of some of these. Even Tolmans could utilise some of these gems for customers builds.

She won’t have any idea of the value a good offer for the lot would probably transform her life getting £10k in the bank for what looks like a pile of scrap but some of these Pug GTI’s are now worth decent money. The 309 GTI’s and 405 Mi16 are now worth a lot but ten years ago were just banger money and minis are now worth ten times what they were 15 yrs ago. She probably thinks the cars are only worth couple of hundred each like when they arrived. Very sad…
