GO FOR IT!! Loved my sisterlocs when I had them several years ago. Had them twice! Unfortunately, I had to cut them off. My hair grew all the way down my back.

To my horror, I noticed that the sides and top of my head had thinned out really bad. I thought I had cut them to short. I will get them again in a heart beat, but menopause set in and said "You can forget it!!"

Love you locs, I have locs too but mines was interlocked but now I do them myself and learning to palm roll. When you interlock your hair vs palm roll your locs don't have the fluff like yours do. Interlock gives more of a compacted loc where as palm roll gives more of a fluffy loc I should have started palm rolling from the very beginning. Your hair is beautiful and locs make your hair grow really fast.

I've been loced for two years now. I have micro locs. I also have little beads on some of my locs they call them sprinkles. I love them! You could probably use a little thread and needle to secure your hair sprinkles.
