what's the difference between assassin or mercenary jacket if u'r using the 2nd spell? and when are u using assassin or cleric ? (depend if you have royal sandals?)

Fire shield is same Cleric robe (Frost shield) to slow enemy if he try to run or something And main Ult for Cleric robe is work against Melee + Daggers. Assassin jacket to Ambush its work in Open world + Mists if you fight mercenary jacket players + more and more
