To be honest he is partially numb at this point and I know how he feels. My stakes can't compare to his but I just know the feeling. You get nubmed by extensive gambling. Not even massive wins hit you anymore. You are just stuck and it's really hard to get out. Sometimes the only way to get out is to lose all your money and to stop the loop. You go in and you win lets say 1k after starting out with a 100€. You decide to play a bit more since you won but it was so early and you are not "satisfied enough" so you wind up going down lets say to 300€ and somehow in our idiots gambler brains we think we are down even tho its 200€ profit so we try to recover to around 1k and we lose everything and probably depo more. Trust me people don't gamble. I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy. I might be too far gone who knows.

You’re never too far gone ! , don’t give up on yourself , I agree with the rest of the comment tho , I believe it’s all a matter of perspective , I think for everyone who becomes addicted to gambling there is a character flaw, or some kind of trauma they have dealt with in life , or SOMETHING .. like the gambling addiction is the effect of something else in life that was the cause , I too had a gambling addiction , and luckily I began to look within myself , and work on myself and slowly fix myself , I changed my own perspective on life and it helped my addiction .. I no longer feel the need that I need money to be happy , don’t stop fighting man you can do it
