#FutureFemale I think this is a complex topic and an indicator of societal evolution. I want to look at it from different angles: 1. Biological body: Any doctor you speak to will say the best age to start a family (for women) is early-mid twenties- not just for the female body but also for the child. If women opt not to have kids altogether, it might lead to a lot of complications in later years of life. 2. Financial independence/security: Education and career opportunities have provided women with the much needed financial security that every individual needs. So now women don't marry for these basic needs, they look for more in their partners and extended families. If their ideologies and dreams/desires are not matched, there is no incentive for them to get married. N I think having this choice is a huge sign of progress. 3. Societal expectations: Society hasn't evolved as quickly as the new age women. Society still expects women to be a homemaker first and then think about her career aspirations. In fact, now the pressures on women have increased - they have to have a decent career/income as well as need to be on top of household requirements. Eg After spending 9-10 hrs in office, women are still expected to come home and cook for the family - and many of us do it too. 4. Inflation/quality of life: Some us may have a good career, great partner, supportive family and we want have kids too. But then comes in Inflation. Even if both partners are working and enjoy a decent quality of life, the rate of inflation growth scares them to start a family, because they are not sure if can even provide their kids with a decent quality of eductation and/or life. 5. Future Generations: Not having kids may seem like an individual choice but it has the potential to negatively impact the future generations. We see a lot of countries facing the problem of an aging population which is a serious issue, leading to cascading effects on the global economy and humankind. Overall, I see an underlying narrative of portraying the modern women as the problem. It is not that we want to be childless or are against marriage - what we need is a more balanced society with reasonable expectations from all individuals that helps each of us thrive. The way to achieving this is through educating the society as whole. And the onus lies not just on the future females but also on men (/all genders), societies, governments and countries. Finally, I would like to say that I generally don't comment on social media but I think you have provided a good platform for a healthy debate and opinion sharing. Thanks for the great show and keep up the hard work.

I've seen my mumma working hard day and night as a housewife and couldn't do a job despite being educated, She left her dream for her children and for the sake of her marriage. I admire her as a kid, I love her. But as a girl, when I grow I don't wanna be dependent on others, I've seen how men supress women. Being independent and earning is not all about money, it also brings Self-Respect and Respect from others. Also in my opinion, pregnancy is a good thing (for others😂) But for me it's a nightmare, I've seen my cousins go through the intense pain and how their degrees went in vain after having a kid. They have seen themselves that even after trying to appease the establishment that they did not want support of the opposition parties, nothing happened to ther pleas and brij bhushan. Before this insurance was provided for only people who are eligible (Income, BLP etc are the criteria) now it will be provided to all the senior citizens without any criteria for them. And just like UPI this is also one of the major successful programs of the government but the awareness is little less. Just imagine a guy with a BPL card can have surgery in a private hospital with zero payment. 2:11 sir I am from odisha which is famous for lord Jagannath temple I visited it in 2nd of June 2024. sir u belive or not I went to main temple and its like a bea hive place but in that temple the panda and the sevayat ( pujari of temple) are so greedy . After darshan when I asked him to give me Tulsi he said give me 50 rupees I denied so he said get lost thousands like you have been to temple. His sentences are really broke my heart. That means in this era if you have no money u can't get even a leaf of Tulsi in mandir. Being a Girl I totally agree with this as may be its not traditional but it does takes a lot of burden from a female. 1. Getting married comes with millions of restrictions from family on the name of "ghar ki izat", both at my home and In-laws 2. Supporting In-laws and family (which is expectation for only female). This can not be compromised and has to be managed with work. I feel like I am working 16 hrs a day. 3. The trend on social that show male helping is max 10% help. They may have been doing too much as per them as they are brought up as they are king, but Female has to guide on each and every step of that 10% result in not physically by mentally doing that work. 4. Getting a child in world but where? No air to breath, clear drinking water is luxury, good education is as expensive as gold may be more expensive later. 5. Child is a female responsibility, even well educated people feel like this. I feel like as long as female get this feeling that marriage is overhead for them they will continue to feel and to change this we have to change as a overall society, starting from how child is brought up. #FutureFemales I do want to mention I have been following you and your Sunday show from the time you were on another channel (name yaad nahi ab shayad Desh.. something) and I may miss 1-2 week but whenever I get time, I try catching up. Really like the concept of showing news that dont have intentions of instigating and is overall news, positive news and obviously non-sense.
