Not sure if it is a permanent reduction but I bought and shot 4 of those last year and none of them were more than a third as powerful as they used to be. The new performance is completely unimpressive unfortunate. The original was amazing.

Still pretty dang good. Not the first fountain that had to go back for a tune-up. If you are old enough to remember the Red Devil Star Spangled Salute base fountain, the first batch that came off the line was so fat and heavy they qualified as Class B and could not be sold in the stands. Even after being "fixed" it still put on quite a show. No 10 foot limit in those days.
