That puts quite a few deep space solar systems within Earth's reach. There are currently numerous classified “Top Secret” SAP (Special Access Programs) and CAP (Compartmentalized Access Programs) within the U.S. Department of Defense research and development apparatus that have experimented with such technology over the last 50 years and they have been quite successful in their operational implementation. As of 2025, there are also some private companies who also starting to reveal their own such wingless Electrostatics-based propulsion and GWASER-based FTL technology for public disclosure and that disclosure is coming a lot sooner that you think.
